Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

Products will be dealt with in the time frame 1-7 days , and shipping is 2-5 days at the most. Any longer you will have to contact USPS because once orders are dropped off the packages will not be in my possesion anymore. You will have to call your local USPS about a lost, a missed delivery or delayed package. 

If a delivery was unsuccessful because of a wrong address. You will have to pay for shipping again since it was your mistake. If it was our mistake you wont have to pay anything. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Reason for a return that we accept 

1. For No Reason  (Such as: Order wrong product/size ), All items must be returned in its originality. You must contact us for returning within 5 days of receiving. You will have to  pay for returning shipping fee. Then we will exchange for the correct product after we receive the returning hair and confirm the hair was not used.

2. For quality problem (Such as: Quality problem of products or defective products) This happens when the products is damaged by carrier or defective in another way. We will accept the return and you will get a full refund. After we receive the returning hair. Please remember contact us first time when you return the hair.

If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition. Items that have been used, washed, or dyed is not allowed to return any more.

Also custom units CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

The "Returned In The Original Condition" means:

1. Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2. Hair Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

 

ORDER CANCELLING

We can help you cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. If you contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, we won't charge the transaction fee.

2. If you contact us 24 hours after your purchase, and meanwhile your order haven't been shipped out (during holiday it may happen), then 3% of the order total will be charged as transaction, handling, and restocking fee.

3. Orders can't be canceled once the package is shipped out or we have already began the custom hair extension/unit you ordered.
